A research that became practically useful at child care work place

I chose “Stress management education at Elementary School” as my topic of research. I learned that the most effective counter stress technique is that ‘prevention is better than cure’. Stress is invisible and not easily detected by one’s self. Through this research, I gained an insight into how to refresh one’s self through breathing and relaxation methods. Starting from this coming spring, I will be working as an Elementary School Teacher and I earnestly hope to make full use of the expertise and knowledge that I received through this institute
